Model view adjustments

Model is zooming to 1% when I fit to screen, then when I manually zoom to correct that error, model is becoming either too small or big to see. even when i try to zoom to 100%
Can you upload the model?
Also please provide details on what operating system you are on, and the exact version of Vensim.
