Start into vensím

Hello,
perhaps a trivial problem: When I open Vensim PLE 10.1.3, create a new model, press OK in the model settings field,
then all symbols are active - only the scetch tools are not. No model can be created. Where could the error be?

What happens if you click on one of the sketch tools?
