i-think simulation models

To those who wrote to me asking for further information on
the models I have been working on: My apologies for delaying so long. I am
happy to announce that I have set up a web site where you can download these
models and papers.
The URL is:
http://qlink.queensu.ca/~4jds/index.html
The models which I have made available are as follows:
1) Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing Forecasting Model
Much cleverer than linear trend forecasting and not difficult to use.
2) Telecommunications Market Share model incorporating three components:
a) A model of customer perceptions
b) A model of customer utility assessment
c) A model of market share change
3) A Marketing Strategy Simulation Game, based on the components above.
4) A model of the thermodynamics of a metal hydride reactor.(Just for fun)
Check out my site for further details on these models, and let me know if
you have any questions or problems.
Thanks,
Jonathan Segel
