I apologize for the delay in getting the digest going. That is in process and
should be up and running Monday or Tuesday (I hope).

A couple of reminders.
Please be sure to sign your message with your name and your email
address. It gets tedious cutting and pasting these on every message.

Please send messages only to system-dynamics@world.std.com. Depending
how things come to you there may be other addresses that also end up
coming to my mail box and then I need to figure out whether the message
has alrready been posted (no longer trivial).

[ My answer is yes and I apologize for my confounding of the confusion. It is
OK to post to system-dynamics@world.std.com or system-dynamics@europe.std.com
(via a reply). But whatever you do, dont post to both, that is when I
