Maybe I don't understand your question. The run command is on line 4 of the first cmd file example. My second example does not include the run command on purpose.

After registering for this forum I had to wait for admin approval.
I expected to get some email notification after that approval but did not.

After creating a new topic I wanted to edit the post and attach additional files. However, after selecting the new file ( a png image) it has not been attached to the post. I use firefox 60.5.1
