I saw that the Graph tab would only show up in the old sketch mode. is this function hidden somewhere in the new sketch mode?

Vensim user interface keeps switching back to the old design
I previously installed PRO and PLE in my desktop and recently updated the PLE package. Somehow the interface keeps showing the old design rather than the new one. My students who had never installed Vensim in their systems before have no such issue. How can I switch to the new interface? I've tried ...

Custom graph no longer available in v9 PLE?
My students used to used PLE to create customized graph, but after they upgraded to v9 PLE, the tab to create graph in the Control Panel is gone. The only tab in the Control Panel is Dataset manager. Is that a glitch or supposed to be like that?
