Pair-wise sensitivity score
Dear community, I would like to test the sensitivity of my model for a number of parameters. But instead of a distribution across all trajectories, I would like to extract the width of said trajectories with regards to the change of individual parameters. In other words I would like to construct a h...

Re: Multivariate sensitivity analysis error..
Nevermind, I found the answer to my problem in this post: viewtopic.php?t=7925
But on a different note, how would I best extract a sensitivity score for every constant <-> stock level pair, to then create something like a heatmap / correlation matrix?

Multivariate sensitivity analysis error..
Dear community, I just tried to run a multivariate sensitivity analysis and got the following message: "ERROR: E[SUB] not found or wrong type must be constant." The parameters I want to vary are constants, saved as subscripts to the variable 'E'. In the sensitivity setup, I selected the 'M...

Re: Use - GET ... CONSTANTS ('lit1', 'lit2' …) cannot include other expressions
Hey Tom, I just thought it would be neat to import the initial values for my stocks directly from a file, by using one of the GET … functions. That way, I can check and edit them all at a glance, instead of one-by-one. When I try to enter such a function in the initial value field, I get the error m...

Dear Vensim community,
When I try to import initial values for some stocks from an excel sheet, I get the above error.
Same happens if I use any other GET … function. Why can I not do this directly without creating an extra variable?

Re: Calibrating steady state
So the policy payoff didn't work after all. I then attempted to load a time-series with spaced out data points that all held the same value. when I tried to optimize some subscripted constants, I would het an error saying: "Cannot find the constant in model". How do I fix this? The constan...

Re: Calibrating steady state
Thank you. I don't really understand the .dat format, but your latter suggestion seems to do the trick - i just tried it on a single stock.
Edit: When I tried it for two different stocks with two parameters, it did not deviate from the starting value for one of the parameters at all.

Re: Calibrating steady state
I need more detailed instructions. My stock levels change over time, until they reach a steady state. How can I set the payoff to only compare their final state to my reference. The way I understood the instructions in your manual is that the optimizer takes time series data and fits the model param...

Calibrating steady state
Dear Vensim Community, I have a complex model that runs without errors and without generating negative stocks and the likes. All values converge to a stable equilibrium after a while. However, they don't match the numbers reported in the literature. How do I go about tweaking some parameters - which...
