ICIST 2011 CALL FOR PAPERS


The International Conference on Information Science and Technology on
(ICIST 2011)) will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China during March 26
-28, 2011. Nanjing was an old capital of China for six dynasties with
2470-year history and rich cultural heritage. She is now a modern metr
opolis featuring numerous historic and scenery sites. The recently ope
ned high-speed trains can reach Nanjing from Shanghai in an hour at th
e speed of as high as 350 KM/hour.

ICIST 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scien
tists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of res
earch and applications of information science and technology. The conf
erence will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned scholars,
regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing o
n popular topics. The proceedings of ICIST 2010 will be published by t
he IEEE with EI indexing. In addition, selected high-quality papers wi
ll be published in special issues of SCI-journals.

Prospective authors are invited to contribute high-quality papers to
ICIST 2010. In addition, proposals for special sessions within the tec
hnical scopes of the conference are solicited. Special sessions, to be
organized by internationally recognized experts, aim to bring togethe
r researchers in special focused topics. Papers submitted for special
sessions are to be peer-reviewed with the same criteria used for the c
ontributed papers. Researchers interested in organizing special sessio
ns are invited to submit formal proposals to ICIST 2010. A special ses
sion proposal should include the session title, a brief description of
the scope and motivation, names, contact information and brief biogra
phical information on the organizers.
