Is there a way to export the mathematical equations from vensim to show it in a table or a text document ?

You can use the document tool. Or save as a MDL file and edit using a text editor, all the equations will be there.

I am currently working on developing a model for the future adoption to electric vehicles. I am considering to have a breakdown of the vehicle fleet (e.g Electric vehicles --> Battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles). Do you have an idea how I could fit that into my model ? If there is any resource or suggestion that you have, that would be very appreciated.
