BUG: Scaling dialog cuts off text (macOS)

Vensim v7.3

The scaling modal dialog box, that shows when you open a Windows model file, has the instruction text cut off.

Preferred solution is to handling scaling for the user, and not need this dialog box at all.

We could automagically decide to scale, but if you cycle a couple of times across different display resolutions, integer roundoff errors can accumulate, so it's nice to give the user the option. We could make it a preference rather than I question, I guess.

The diagrams can't be scale-free until we redo the diagram graphics engine (in the works).
