How to change the version of Vensim PLP from single precision to double precision?

I have a Vensim PLP installed on my computer (Single precision (x32)) and I wonder if there is a way to change its version to double precision.

You will need to download and install the double precision version.

Is it Vensim DSS version 8? Where can I find that?
It seems that it would not be a PLP version, instead a PLE version, is that right?
