Dear All,
I am trying to model SEIR with an added element of contact tracing wherein Contacts made by each infected person over previous D days will be traced and tested for presence of infection. If these contacts are found positive then they will be moved to Infected stock. There is a delay (T) in contact tracing and only proportion (p) of the contacts made by an individualinfected person can be traced. Need guidance on how to model it.
Regards

Re: Help needed to model SEIR situation
It might be better to have a go at it and if you run into trouble, ask for help. Your request at the moment is too vague to really offer any assistance.
