Cannot resize table row name in 8.1.2

Cannot resize table row name in 8.1.2
In 8.1.2 (updated to this version from 8.0 earlier today) I can no longer resize the first column with the row name when bringing up a table. This is in 8.1.2 on Windows 10 x64.

We are aware of this and working on it. The underlying grid control we use has a fixed first column.
