Problems with time setting.

Post by jdewitte »

The time setting in my model suddenly changed after some local adaptations in the model (changing local diffusion sub models by a Gompertz curve formulas)
Initially everything went OK but suddenly the problem occurred. Strangely the timesetting changed differently in different sections of the model.
The model setting still shows the original setting (2020-2050) with 1 year as unit.
What could be the cause of my problem?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks.

Can you upload the model and explain what errors you are getting? I don't understand what you mean by time setting.

See attachment.

The intended time setting is
Initial time: 2020
Final time: 2050
Time unit: Jaar

In the first two to views I suddenly got a range 0 - 2000 and in the other views 0 -10. In the other views a also get an X on X axis in stead of the usual time-unit: Jaar

The problem is that the model is crashing with a floating point error at INITIAL TIME, so there's no data to display on charts.

If you add the ZIDZ function to the variables that are causing division by 0, it works.
