Sensitivity icon Menu

I bought Vensim PLE + Model last month.
To use sensitivity graph, i tried to activate sensitivity icon left-bottom on side bar.
However, when i push icon of sensitivity graph and Causes strip. Vensim program was closed.
Could you solve this problem? (I already re-installed it, but same situation.)

What is the exact version of Vensim you are using?

Are you on Windows or Mac?

I used vensim version of PLE Plus 8.1.1 Double Precision x64 based on Window 64bit.
