Can't launch the model reader

Hi! I am trying to install Model Reader on Windows 64bit. Installation seems to be working since I receive no errors, but I cannot launch the software or open any vpmx. I currently have a PLE and PRO installed, too, and I am installing the reader in a different folder. What could be the problem?

We know about issues with the reader (I'm working on them now).

What version have you downloaded?

Thanks! I have the version 9.0.1. Would it help to have an older version, in this case?

Does the same problem occur in Mac's?

If you download again, you should get version 8.2.1 of the model reader (until we can fix the problems).
