How to create a custom sensitivity chart in a .vgd . file

Post by georgecorbett »

Hi, I have different sensitivity charts that are best displayed with different bar counts and limits and I want to create custom charts that I can then place on the interface.
Can anyone here guide me how to create a custom sensitivity graph in a .vgd file? Thanks!

You registered as a PLE user, sensitivity is not available in PLE.

You cannot create custom sensitivity charts. If you want something different than what Vensim offers, you'll need to export the data to Excel and create a graph there.

Not quite true. You can use the :CONFIDENCE and :SENS-LINES keywords in a custom graph to create sensitivity graphs. However, they're not supported by the builtin editor - you have to text edit the vgd file. See https://vensim.com/documentation/24000.html

Usually it's more convenient to pin an IO workbench tool, rather than a custom graph.
