Forest regeneration models.

Post by Dseville@aol.com »

I am working with another system dynamics consultant on developing a scenario
planning tool for the economic/ecological forest system in northern new
england. We have developed a forest sector, which is a little too detailed
and undocumented to send directly. However, if you would like to describe
more about what you are trying to model, I would be happy to share relevant
bit of approach/insight that we have picked up.

Forest regeneration models.

Post by juanmejia@starmedia.com »

[Hosts note rewritten]

I am a student at Monterrey Tech in Mexico. I am specializing in
system dynamics and I am working on a project looking at forest
regeneration. Does anyone have insights, references or models they
can share with me?

If you are sending models please send them to me at juanmejia@starmedia.com
with a copy to al741554@campus.tol.itesm.mx

Forest regeneration models.

Regarding the forest regeneration project query, there is an extensive
modeling project on the forests out of Oregon State University
department of forestry that is more focussed on the physical system (as
opposed to the economics or human factors).
