Hi everyone,
Im trying to find a copy of the management flight simulator / learning
environment called one night in the ER. I came across it years ago and
would now like to look at it in greater detail. The game looked at how to
manage patient loads and demands to improve functioning of the hospital.
If anyone can provide me with a copy of the LE or a link / website to find
out more about it, i would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks heaps
Hope you are all well
Cheers and best wishes
Jodi

Jodi...
I think the simulation you are looking for is actually called "Friday Night
at the ER", produced and sold by Breakthrough Learning Inc.(BL).

Friday Night... is an excellent simulation, I played it with a group of 100
military types a few years ago. It is NOT, however, a computer simulation,
its a Board Game and requires experienced facilitation and debreifing,
similar to the Beer Game. In our session we had a facilitator from BL come
up from California to run the game... in my view this made it a much more
powerful learning experience.
Cheers;
Bob
