International Conference on Systems, Development and Self-organization,
hosted by Research Center for Contemporary Management, School of
Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, will be held in Beijing
in 2002. The purpose of ICSDS2002 is to promote discussion and
interaction between researchers and practitioners with different
disciplines and experiences in various areas. It will provide
international forum for scientists, researchers consultants,
theoreticians and practitioners in the fields of Systems Science,
Systems Engineering, Cybernetics and Management Sciences.

Call for Contributed Papers
Papers on issues related to Systems Science, Systems Engineering,
Cybernetics and Management Sciences are welcome. The papers should be
written in English. The first page of each paper must include the
following information: title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of
the authors, abstracts of the paper, postal addresses, phone and fax
numbers, and email address of the contact author. Papers will be
reviewed by up to three referees for technical merit and content.
Accepted paper(s) must be presented at the conference by one of the
authors to appear in the proceedings.

Call for Invited Sessions and Tracks
The goal of invited sessions (5 papers) and invited tracks (at least two
sessions) is to provide focused discussions on new topics or innovative
applications. Each prospective session/track organizer must submit a
proposal, including the title of the session and a list of authors with
extended abstracts.

Registration
Registration Fee: $300.00 before September 10, 2002, $350.00 after
September 10. (Payment methods will be specified near August 10.)
The registration fee will cover meeting rooms, facility, conference
proceeding, one banquet, and lunches for November 30-December 1, 2002
