Please pass this material to anyone working in the areas of emergency preparedness and management, business continuity, and/or Information assurance in your organization or the organizations you work with. We have oriented the meeting to attract practitioners (emergency managers, business continuity professionals, and security and information assurance auditors) as well as researchers. The current accepted special sessions are 22 in number and there are three workshops and a Ph.D. colloquium. The lead keynoter is the CIO for New York City and the second one if an individual famous for his efforts to help humanitarian organizations develop and utilize Information Systems.

Currently there are over 800 members of the ISCRAM community world wide. The prior two meetings were held in Brussels and the last one attracted 150 participants. This is the first US meeting.
