Viewing the equations per submodel

In the text view, i would like to organize my equations per sub-model not alphabetically. Is there anyone who can help me on how to go about it?

Have you tried using the document tool to generate reports?

How do you want them ordered?

In text view equations are ordered by group - so set the groups (Edit>Set Group perhaps with the same names as the views) in sketch mode and then View>as Text should be ordered the way you want.

Thank you for your responses. I have a number of sub-models in my model and i want to put the equations for each sub-model in the appendix. Can Vensim organize these equations per sub-model? In my text view, the equations are organized alphabetically.

For each sub model - select all the parameters and go to the menu Edit>Group. Enter a name for the sub model

Right-click on the Vensim documentor tool and under "multiple equation options" select "By Group"

When you use the documentor tool - it should be documented by group (by sub model)
