I'd like to create a learning lab that utilises a number of models. Is it possible to create a Sable interface that is able to access more than one model.
Cheers

One interface for multiple models

Re: One interface for multiple models
Yes you can, using the venapp command SPECIAL>LOADMODEL you can load any model into any interface. Of course, the interface needs to be designed to handle a particular model in particular screens but it can be done. There is also no need to specify a model in the workspace properties, so the interface could open with no model (in the first instance) and then open the relevant model when the user moves to a particular screen.

Thanks Lee. Very helpful.

Just to let you know it works really well. I now have an interface with three separate models - one purely qualitative, used as a visual descriptor of the business dynamics - running underneath as part of a learning and planning tool. Really adds to the educational opportunities. Now all you have to do is getting it running on the web
