how to create flow with two valves?

I found picture of stock and flow diagram with a two valves in it's flow, in ch.6 System Dynamics Quick by Kirkwood p.74. I've attached the picture, and we can also access through this link: https://www.public.asu.edu/~kirkwood/sy ... o/ch-6.pdf

how to make a flow diagram like that in Vensim PLE software? thank's before
