inserting picture to comment failed due to permissions problem

I have tried to insert a picture from file into a comment and got an error message that seems to indicate a permissons problem.
The log file indicates that Vesim tries to acces a folder on the HD for which Vensim does not have permission.
Here's what the log said:
14:00:43: Cannot enumerate files in directory 'C:\Users\KleemannM\Documents\Eigene Bilder' (error 5: Zugriff verweigert)
14:00:43: Cannot enumerate files in directory 'C:\Users\KleemannM\Documents\Eigene Musik' (error 5: Zugriff verweigert)
14:00:43: Cannot enumerate files in directory 'C:\Users\KleemannM\Documents\Eigene Videos' (error 5: Zugriff verweigert)
(Vensim tried to access the folders music and pictures and videos in the the user folder\documents

I guess I would need to edit some line in a file that tells vensim where to look? How to I ensure that it has permission?

The permission issue seems weird, given the path. Presumably that's your own doc folder, and you have permission. I'm guessing that the message is misleading, and something else is causing it.

Did you deliberately try to access these three folders, or was Vensim apparently on some kind of fishing expedition?

A worthwhile experiment would be to copy the image to the model folder and try again.

What version of Vensim and what operating system?

Judging by the paths, this has to be Windows, so the key question is what Vensim version?
