Cannot Change Constant in Run Configuration Manager

I can't seem to change a constant's value in the configuration editor. I select the run configuration, select "change constants", a pop up shows up asking which constant to select, I select it and hit "ok", and nothing happens. Nothing shows up in the files/actions tab, either.

I might be doing something wrong, but I'm able to change a lookup table with no issue in the configuration editor using the same method.

I'm running DSS 10.3.1

When the dialog appears with all the constants, you double click the value to the right and change it. Then click OK and it should appear as a change in the run config.
