Dear Tony,

I dont know anyone specifically looking at juvenile crime from a system
dynamics perspective. We have a top notch (THE top notch?) graduate school
here in criminal justice, so they would undoubtedly know the best people
working in the field in general although not necessarily from a feedback
simulation approach. If you write me a bit more in a form I could show to
one of the criminal justice professors, Id be happy to facilitate
connections.

You might try to contact Dr. Paul McCold, who did his dissertation here in
criminal justice employing a system dynamics model to look at the dynamics
of the New York State criminal justice system (and, incidentally, to argue
that crime does not "cause" the dynamics in the court system). His address
is Dr. Paul E. McCold, 2346 Shirl Lane, Niskayuna, NY 12309 (at least,
thats what the System Dynamics Society membership list for 1994 says).

Best wishes--

...George
