Modelling pension systems

Hello all,

I'm currently looking at some of the inadequacies of European pension systems.

I would be interested in ""talking"" with anyone who has worked in this field,
who may have modelled or attempted to model aspects of a state and/or private
pension system.

If anyone has details of papers with models please advise me.
