Dear SD community:

The survey on the use of SD in academia and industry is available on my
website ( www.optimlator.com ) - it is simple, short (will take less than
FIVE minutes of your time), subjective, and crude, as a first cut and a
start. But, as system dynamicists, do we have a problem with these
characteristics?:-))

If the response is good, I will make this a 6-monthly feature, and make it
more scientific, so that it is even more helpful to people.

Please participate - the results will be available online as soon as you
click the "SUBMIT" button. It is not a big-budget survey with a 6-month wait
to see results.

I apologize if I was not able to incorporate some of the questions and
comments I was asked to include in the survey - the format of the survey is
multiple-choice, hence some descriptive questions had to be excluded. I
encourage you to type in your comments in the "Comments" box - to provide
more depth to the results. The survey is anonymous, unless you want to tell
who you are.

I hope you will keep the comments and suggestions coming.
