Announcing Powersim Studio 2003

Powersim is proud to announce the release of Powersim Studio 2003! This
release includes major enhancements for both modelers and simulation
end-users. Risk Assessment, model hierarchy, improved connectivity towards
external data sources, are among the new features available in this release.

The list below contains some of the exciting new features of this new
version.

- Risk Assessment tool that allows you to analyze the sensitivity of your
simulation model.
- Improved List Views for variables, ranges and units.
- New Array Display Functionality with index variables enable you to easier
design and control your simualtions.
- Improved Equation Flexibility by supporting custom functions written in
Visual Basic Script.
- Improved Diagram Editing through simpler deletion scheme, inter-diagram
moving, diagram include and exclude, and more.
- Improved Simulator Interfaces through tick label rotation, field codes,
improved table controls, direct access to control parameters for start
and stop, and more.
- Hierarchical models allow you to divide your simulation model into smaller
submodels that are easier to develop, maintain, and re-use. This powerful
new feature also allows groups of modelers to work together on larger models.
- Multiple Simulations allow you to easily run several simulations with
different simulation settings on the same simulation model.
- Summary types allow you to summarize your parameters over a given summary
period to display the opening or closing balance of an account, the average
value over a period, and more.
- New and improved datasets allow you to easily connect to your spreadsheets
or business warehouse. Variables can now be imported and exported by
drag-and-drop from simulation model to the dataset.
- and much more...
