SD models of postal services

Im looking for examples of SD models that deal with the business issues
confronting the UKs Royal Mail - i.e., entry into their market of
alternative services, maintaining service quality, staff morale and
performance, cost and perceived value, regulation.
Examples of value added to the postal service businesses in the UK or other
countries would be apropos.
I would appreciate pointers to any resources community members are aware
of.
