Service Quality Microworld and Chemical Industry Models

Dear SDers,
I have just subscribed to the list, so maybe my topics were already
discussed in the past. If so, please let me know.
1) I would like to exchange ideas with people who have already worked as
facilitators to the Service Quality Management Flight Simulator. I am
going to teach a course on Introduction to System Thinking and System
Dynamics next month to first year students in Industrial Engineering at
the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. There will be 70 students, who will
play the SQMFS for three weeks, trying to figure out the best strategies.
2) I am looking for system dynamics models for the Chemical and
Petrochemical industries. These are industries that seem very interesting
to model, because of huge price variations over time. I explained SD to
some friends who work in these industries but I could not show any
example of their particular interest.
Thank you very much for your time and attention.
Best Regards,
Tacito
