My resources include Modelling for Management, Managerial Applications of
System Dynamics, Modelling for Learning Organizations, SD Conference
Proceedings, Systems Thinking Conference Proceedings, and phone interviews.
I eliminated the details and examples as to save space and also to protect
the confidentiality of my resources (those who are thankfully willing to
cooperate through personal correspondence that includes phone interviews).
On top of it, I am posting to make whole of my promise to share some of
the findings when I asked the assistance of the people in this list to
share their experience in solving "real" problems with SD!

The list is not meant to be comprehensive, yet an indicator of what areas
of successes SD has and others not in the list are those SD hasnt had
any significant luck yet! As such the list is for US (ME, if I am the
only one who cares) to kick ourselves and think why SD hasnt been able
to gain acceptance as standard business practice!
