On a point of information:

I know that some members of our community are interested in the links
between System Dynamics and the Problem Structuring Methods of Soft
OR. In particular, I think that there are some very interesting areas to
be worked on relating to Peter Checklands Soft Systems Methodology, or
SSM.
Rogelio Oliva and I have just done some work in which we outline the
respective advantages and deficiencies of the two approaches and then
attempt to describe how they could be used together to greater effect.
For those who are interested, the paper has just appeared as:

Suggestion. Why dont we start an MO that says that if folks want to
suggest articles to SD-listserv readers that they make them HTML clickable
at the end of that message. That way information gets transmitted in an
optimal way. Chasing down journal articles can take hours, which seems
rather silly in todays world of intantaneously acccessible electronic
document exchange.

Also, all messages posted to this list should be in plain text so that everyone
can read them. Thus the suggestion is effectively just to include any online
addresses that are available. ]
