Work on the dynamics of solid waste was done here at the Rockefeller
College by Ali Mashayekhi and Ik Jae Chung. An article on Alis work
apapeared in the System Dynamics Review a few years ago. Ik Jaes
dissertation is an extention of that work looking at the dynamics of the
development of markets for recycled materials.

There was also some work done on this a long time ago as a part of the
Limits to Growth study -- it was published in "Toward a Global
Equilibrium," I think.

Hi !
I am on the other part of the planet . In Argentina!
Does anyone have any information (and how to obtain it) on the use of system
dynamics to model:
a)Solid Waste Generation
b)Methodologies for employment creation

Primarily I am looking for models that seeks to explain its
dynamcis; if the models also focuses on or includes intervention
strategies, that is also welcome.
