Hi Michel,
Thank you for your reply. Could you tell me a little more about your model. What does it
include? Also a little about your organisation.
I am an independant consultant in Australia. I specialise in the application of system dynamics
to organisational performance and structure. I recently called on an ex-colleague of mine (ex
Hewlett-Packard) at Telstra. He has just recently joined. His initial task involves market
segmentation with a specific focus on a channel strategy. (My last "proper" job was Market
Segmentation Manager for IBM Australia)
He is notat all familiar with System Dynamics and when I suggested it as the most suitable
planning tool for his task, he asked me to find out what other large Telcos used SDs.
So I guess my last question is what are you willing to share about your model? He is most
concerned about the results from using the model - does it work etc. More information about the
application and purpose would also help.
I look forward to your reply.
