Not wanted pop out message during game

I have made a game. When I run it, at the end of each time interval of the game a pop out message appears on the screen saying "The simulation has finished" and I should click on "OK" before I can continue the game for the next time interval. How can I stop sable showing this message?

It sounds as if you are re-running the game every time you click the button. Can you send anything so I can take a better look?
