Real-life example for modeling manufacturing systems?

Dear everyone,
I am a student at VT and would like to find an real-life example of
applyinig SD modeling in manufacturing systems. I have already done work on
applying SD to model manufacturing systems, however, my professor would like
me to demonstrate the validation of using SD in a real-life application.
