Hi everybody.
Due to a reorganisation in my business I have been obliged to reconsider the time spent on my different missions and in particular on SD.
I noticed 8 drawbacks with SD, and managed to reduce seven of them but I have still to work on the one I consider as the principal: the difficulty to evaluate the level of results expected by the modelling effort.
Although this problem is not particular to SD, I think it is a principal concern with it.
Are there books or articles on that subject or any comments?
I have browsed all the SD list archives using different words, and did not find much about the subject.
