Web-based Annotation System for Vensim models

Hello,
I am working on my 4th year university project and I have created a web-based annotation system for Vensim models. I would like to gather some feedback for future improvements of the system. The application can be accessed at the following link:

There are 4 sample models to work with, but feel free to add your own models. You can delete the model from the server if you do not want to keep it there, but please delete only the models that you upload. If you upload a model and it is not displayed within 10 seconds, then the application is unable to display it, but you can still delete it from the server.
There is a feedback button on the bottom left of the application. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete. (make sure that something is written in each section, otherwise the submit button will be disabled).
I will be collecting feedback until 28th March.
