interpreting custom graph

Hi
I am attached a screenshot of a custom graph. I am wondering how to interpret it. By the lines, it appears that jobs are growing at a higher level than people--there are more jobs than people. However, when I look at the left hand side of the graph, I see 100,000 jobs and 200,000 people. So it appears there are more people than jobs.

Can anyone tell me which is correct?

The Y axis has multiple scales. Jobs has a range of 0 to 100,000, whereas Labour Force is 0 to 200,000.

If you look at a table output it should confirm this. Looks to me that jobs reaches near 100,000 and labour force is around 120,000 at month 60.

If you check the box between variables on the left side of the custom graph definition window you can force the variables to use the same scale. Ordinarily this is only done when units match, but as long as you're OK equating jobs and people it should be fine in this case.
