describing it in terms of the 'domino theory'.

Is there an SD archetype for the 'domino theory' ?
Does it involve notions of Vensim's Conveyors ?
Does it relate to path dependency and hence involve positive feedback ?
Here I need to re-read Sterman's Business Dynamics Ch 10.
But how related is the 'domino theory' to 'path dependence' ?
