I am newbie here, but as a PhD student decided to start dynamical systems method in my thesis
I am interested in budget allocation by system dynamic simulation. The problem is how we can allocate budget among regions in a country to gain sustainable development aside with justice, what’s you opinion about this subject? Is it possible or now to overcome problem by SD?
