Using command scripts are there commands available to 1) save a current model and 2) to close an open model (without closing Vensim). If you open another model it effectively does both at once (i.e. save, close existing file and then opens new one) as long as the close active model op open/new is checked, but was hoping there might be a better solution.
Thanks
Dave

Re: Close/Save functions in command scripts
I have a number of automated routines using Excel as a front end to a large number of regional Vensim models. When I run scripts to change things like aliases it would be great to be able to tell the model to save and close before moving on to the next one without just relying on the fact that when a new model file gets opened it will get saved and then closed. Also it would be nice to close the file open without closing Vensim after finishing previous DDE operations.
