I am a PhD student at Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil), and I am currently
working on the applications of both systems dynamics and game theory in simulations
of electricity market into deregulated business environment.

There may be something of interest for you in my dissertation work -
"Environment and Development - A Study of North-South Conflict". While I
did not deal with electric utilities, I did use system dynamics and game
theory (both static and dynamic) to explore conflict issues arising from
population and resource issues betwen the North and the South.
