Growth in the SD Discipline

I am interested in gathering data on the growth of the System
Dynamics discipline. Is such information available from a
single source? If not perhaps we could all participate by
providing what we know. I would be pleased to compile the
data and make it available through the society or by other
means. Some possible sources:
Educators - growth in student enrollment, programs
Vendors - figures on growth in product sales
Consultants - growth in caseload
LISTSERV - growth in number of participants
Conferences - growth in number of attendees
SD Society - growth in number of members
Information beyond "yes we are growing", i.e. actual
numbers, percentage growth, etc is preferred. I can
understand that some of this info may be confidential in
nature. I would be glad to keep it that way if you desire. You
can send it anonymously via snail mail. My address is below.
