Scale of Y-axis in standard Vensim graphs

Is it possible to change the starting point of the Y-axis in standard Vensim graphs?
Now we show variable with Y-axis scale 0 - 1, but we want the scale to be shown in the graph from 0.4 - 1.
This prevents a lot of empty space in a graph.

You can only do this with a custom graph.

Could this be implemented in a new realease of Vensim?

Not really. The general purpose graph tool needs to work with all variables and all scales. The custom graph already exists to do things like this.

You can do this temporarily by dragging to zoom in on a regular graph. The setting isn't saved though.
