Requesting help to develop a SD model

Hi,
I need to draw a Stock-flow diagram to see the effect of used materials on different types of cost. I compare the used material cost with the new material cost. I assume the demand for aggregates increases yearly, but supply for aggregates reduces over the time regularly after a certain period (for example after 100 years). When new material supply reduces longer distance suppliers must be reached which results higher transportation cost.
But I do not have an idea of how to draw this exact idea in Vensim and define functions. Pls see the attached. Could u please advise me how I can improve this further to achieve my objective. Thank you.
