You may assist me. I am having difficulties to load the Vensim PLEx64 in my computer. I am getting an error message as:
"The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-version-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try installing the program to fix this problem."
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Yes, I currently have Windows 7 Operating System.

You will need to download again and select the Windows 7 version of Vensim.
