Error Repeated in one Sort

The software is having trouble opening. I get the error "Repeated in one Sort" and it does not allow to open the file. I beg your help as I do not have a copy of the file.
I'm not sure what is going wrong with this model. Somehow you have ended up with multiple "Ubicación" parameters, that is confusing the parser in Vensim.
I've attached a model which loads. You will need to review it and decide what to do with the following parameters
